Kevin Mantle

Tutor and Assessor

Kevin has never looked back from the incredible journey he has undergone within the fitness industry.

Starting out as a Lifeguard and a Gym Instructor at the age of 17 in a corporate health club in Norwich, Kevin quickly progressed to working as a freelance personal trainer and group exercise class instructor.

He later decided to work as a self employed freelance personal trainer across various gyms in Norwich.

It wasn’t until 2010 he got his first opportunity to start teaching fitness courses. After graduating at Anglia Ruskin in Cambridge, Kevin went on to work as a teacher for further education and a sport scientist for professional football clubs such as Peterborough United and Norwich City F.C.

After working in Dubai delivering fitness courses Kevin quickly identified the need for quality fitness education and training in Norfolk and the UAE region. “I decided to create Norfolk Health & Fitness as a way of providing affordable access to quality fitness qualifications”.

Working in partnership with Active IQ and a team of the most talented, experienced and passionate tutors, we are able to successfully certify students from various backgrounds and learning requirements!

Kevin has now personally qualified over 400 personal trainers in the UK 🇬🇧 and Dubai 🇦🇪.

Paris Matthews

Paris Matthews

Tutor and Assessor

Paris has always been active from a young age by engaging in football, basketball and martial arts. During her teens however she noticed herself becoming overweight and took up rowing to help her lose over 13 kilos of body fat.

It was at the rowing club that she found her passion for fitness and competed at a national level from 2012-2016. The strength and conditioning aspects of the sport always appealed to Paris and with help of her brother Harry she became a qualified personal trainer.

The impact that fitness has had on her life has inspired her to share what she’s learnt in hope of helping others in a similar way.

As a freelance Personal Trainer, Paris has recently joined the team at Norfolk Health & Fitness to help educate the newest generation of successful fitness professionals whilst continuing her own personal development as she qualifies as an Advanced Personal Trainer as well as a pre-and-post-natal specialist.

We are always on the lookout for great tutors and assessors!
